Our formula projects that Biggy will become self-sufficient 2.5 years after launch. By December 2030 we project £17.1BN of profit.

Biggy’s initial competition is platforms such as X, Insta & Facebook. Over time, Biggy’s competition incrementally grows to include the likes of TikTok, YouTube, Uber, Just Eat, Booking.com & Netflix among others.

With all user activity contained in one app, the user experience is aggregated & seamless. This also eliminates cross-app tracking issues, which is better for advertisers.

Existing stack

We’ve bootstrapped a unique native tech stack for Android & iOS with an estimated value of £200-250K.

Pre-Seed investment

We will carefully add to our existing stack to release an MVP (V.1) within 6 months of initial investment. The goal is to start onboarding users, content creators, advertisers & sellers and prove the revenue model. This increases the stack’s value to ~£500K.

The terms

We need £100K by 01/01/25 to release an MVP (V.1) by July 2025. In return we will give you our tech stack as collateral to de-risk your investment. Stack ownership reverts to Biggy once we deliver you a 100x ROI (£10M), projected to happen in May 2027. You also get an inital 100% profit equity which dilutes to a minimum of 50% before exit.
