We have 5 years from the date of each investment round to provide a 100x ROI on the respective investment amount in order to reclaim the respective amount of equity.
The Deal
We are aware that this is a non-standard offer. However this is a non-standard project with the ultimate goal of helping the world population and not select individuals.
We are heavily incentivised to provide a 100x ROI within 5 years of each respective investment so that the project cannot be subverted for nefarious uses.
The project is so carefully planned at each stage of development that we are willing to put our entire tech stack on the line; the current value of which is at least double the figure requested for Pre Seed investment.
The more that gets added to the tech stack, the more valuable it becomes, making it impossible to recoup less than the value of the Pre Seed investment in any scenario.
We believe this is fair and right in return for the first investor who shares our belief in the project.
